Vocabulary...you choose!

Speaking English is not enough to deter feelings of anxiety; the kind of anxiety that one feels that over-takes you, on line in the grocery store, in church, in a classroom or just visiting a friend. However, changing our response to these feelings is powerful. By our responses them we create a more positive circumstance and we are ONE step close to...recreation (to RE-create what your mind is telling you - to stay in the moment). Believing what your anxiety ridden mind is telling you is like predicting the future w/o benefit of knowing the Lotto numbers! Actually, we set ourselves up for 'disaster' with the "what if" thinking therefore, feeding the flames that will ignite more or second anxiety. Once the second anxiety develops, we are sure to begin to...RUN! And so goes the cycle of fear, feeding fear and avoidance. Contact me for more information about soothing the 'anxiety' beast. M.
